Katherine Michael, PT, DPT, MS

Dr. Katherine Michael is a native of Montgomery County, Maryland, and graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in Kinesiology. She went on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and MS in Anatomy & Clinical Health Science from the University of Delaware. Katherine is also an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association.

As a physical therapist, Katherine draws upon her athletic background and has a passion for treating athletes of all ages with sports injuries. Katherine’s commitment to maintaining a life of health and wellness has allowed her to excel in helping patients overcome their physical and mental barriers so they can get back to the daily and recreational activities they love. She recognizes each patient is unique and understands the importance of customizing treatment plans based on the individual needs of the patient. Katherine brings a high level of energy to every session with the purpose of motivating and empowering her patients. She strives to develop a rapport with her patients, building on patient education and trust and finds the progress and success of her patients to be the most rewarding part of her work.

In her free time, Katherine enjoys traveling, hiking, playing sports, and relaxing on the beach.
